Position Summary
The media landscape continues to change daily, and the media team at DMH is responsible for staying abreast of the trends and helping our clients solve problems by building modern strategies and advanced implementation across all media channels.
To assist in this endeavor, DMH is seeking a Digital Media Manager with 2-4 years of experience in digital advertising.
Primary responsibilities include
- Assists with management of the strategic and tactical execution of all digital media
- Responsible for digital media buying through DMH proprietary tools and 3rd party platforms such as partner DSPs, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
- Builds and implements media tracking pixels and ad tags to support campaign measurement requirements
- Oversees campaign monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization
- Primary contact for media campaign analytics with client-facing responsibilities
- Confers with media sales representatives to develop custom data and inventory deals
- Leverages the tools available to streamline workflow and improve efficiency and accuracy of tasks
- Keeps current on industry trends across media disciplines
- Offers support to the integrated media team on various projects as needed
Key qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong computer skills inclusive of Microsoft Excel
- Thrive in a team environment and passionate about contributing ideas
- Drive to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Self-motivated, great attitude, excellent time management skills
- Strict eye for detail with the ability to see how details fit into the overall picture
- Analytical mindset with experience managing budgets and working with large data sets
- Media tools experience (preferred, not required): Campaign Manager 360, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Ninjacat, Lumenad, MRI-Simmons, Kantar, self-serve DSPs
